Adult Yoga + Mindfulness sessions provide a safe, supported environment to strengthen and increase flexibility in both the mind and the body. Classes combine movement, breath, writing, and meditation to help increase awareness, acceptance, and compassion.
Kids yoga + Mindfulness Sessions
Using fun, age-appropriate exercises, games, art projects, and more, these sessions introduce children to tools that will help them connect their mind, body and breath. These practices help kids experience greater awareness of the present moment, tune in to their ability to focus and tune out distraction, access tools to self-calm their bodies and minds by activating their parasympathetic nervous systems, and better regulate their emotions and their bodies.

Yoga Therapy Sessions
The International Association of Yoga Therapists defines Yoga Therapy as, "the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga." In Yoga Therapy sessions, we will work with physical, emotional, and mental health concerns using postures, breath work, and other relaxation techniques emanating from the yoga tradition.
