Adult Yoga + Mindfulness
Adult Yoga + Mindfulness sessions are offered from a therapeutic approach. It is recommended that students commit to at least three sessions. The first session is 90 minutes and includes going over the student-completed health intake form, setting goals for our time together, and a full practice, which may entail movement, breath work, meditation, deep relaxation, discussion, and more. Follow up sessions are 60 minutes and include a short check-in and full practice. Sessions available in-person and online via zoom.
$135 for Initial 90 minute session.
$100 for 60 minute follow-up sessions.
